Hi there, I submitted an idea and received this admin response. How am I able to tell who wrote the response so that I can take them up on their offer to schedule a meeting?

Hey Caitlyn,

I would recommend asking on that Idea who the are so that you can reach out to them. I am assuming that they didn't realize that the system would replace their name with Admin. I will also check to see if I can get that info for you.

Update: I tracked down that idea from your screenshot and see that you've already posted a request. I've reached out to the Product Manager internally and they should hopefully be reaching out to you soon.

Thank you very much. I did reply to the comment and didn't hear back, so wanted to see if there was any other way.
