  • 1.  Im trying see on the dashboard flows in realtime we have flows specific to language skills.

    I want to see flow activity in real time -  when routing we have language specific DNIS that our customers call - and they are directed to the appropriate flow.

    is there anyway to see realtime flow activity

    -- Thanks for your request. We are working on adding the Flow Metrics to the Performance Dashboards and this effort is currently in development. In the meantime, you can access the real-time flow metrics via the API as well.
