    Hello All,
    Hope you guys have some pointers for a new guy.
    I am having an issue with Undeliverable messages and the Built replies duplicating in the monitored mailbox. What could be causing this problem?
    The whole email attendant thing is I feel all misconfigured but I can't figure a good way to do it.

    Hi, Marshall,

    Before going any further, I need to ask...are you on Interaction Center (PureConnect) using Interaction Attendant, or on PureCloud using PureCloud Architect?

    The terms you use are related to Interaction Attendant.
