I just got an update from our Experts about this, currently the user can log in with both credentials, OKTA or their PureCloud username and password but there is already a feature request that has been accepted and is being worked on to utilize only the SSO to limit login access to PureCloud. PureCloud Ideas Lab you can also submit your own feature request that can benefit PureCloud users from the link. Don't forget to Up vote other feature requests that you may find useful for the business!

Thank you for reaching out! I believe that once the OKTA is set up then the user would need to use their OKTA credentials to log in, the old username and password will be overridden by it.

we in the process of setting up Okta, I have read the documentation. I understand users will get an option to login with another account "Okta". My question is will they still be able to login with the old Purecloud username and password.
