Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

Is it possible in Genesys Cloud to import CSV file for Externals contacts with custom fields ? either for new import or update existing contacts.

I didn't find in the documentation a topic that explains if possible or not to import externals contacts with custom fields.

Perhaps my answer comes a little late.
Currently it is not possible to import external contacts custom fields through the import functionnality.
One of our customer had the same need and the only option we had was to develop our own import/export application with the API.
