  • 1.  Import Users Into a Group

    Is there a way of importing users into a User Group? Currently through the UI I think it is only possible to manually add users to a group one-by-one. I don't think there is any option in the user import document either to add users to a group when they are imported.

    Hi James,

    I don't think it is currently possible and found the following idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab: Allow more agent profile fields in bulk csv imports

    I would recommend voting on the idea and adding your use case so that it can be taken into consideration.

    Some customers have written their own provisioning app which can create users, add roles, add them to groups, add skills, etc.

    The SCIM apis can be useful, but it usually involves writing code which iterates through a .csv or other list of users and settings.
