    Hi,

     

    I am writing to you as we have some cases when agents in a inbound queue receive several calls at the same time (see images in attachments).

     

    Could you explain us in which cases this can happen ?

    Hi @Baptiste Derré , 

     

    We got the same issue at our contact center. This problems started last Saturday and escalated on Tuesday. But it seems to work fine again. But also make sure that maximum capacity is set to 1 on voice in Queues > Utilization.
