Yeah, the queues, skills etc. will be the same, so they would be good there. My main concern was getting the data (in whatever form) across. The need is forecasting, not reporting, so we're good there too 😁

Not really, you can import the data for up to 3 years or 5 GB to be used as a reference for WFM forecasting and you can import when doing a weighted forecast, but that is not real data that can be reported on - only forecasted against. There are a LOT of requirements around the import like having the same queues, agents, skills, and data in 15-minute increments.

Hello!
I have (what is probably) a super basic question.
Is it possible to export / import historical data for scheduling purposes? I have a customer who needs to move from one ORG to another. Genesys have indicated that the WFM objects will need to be manually migrated, but we are hoping that we will be able to move the data.
Thoughts?
