To improve accessibility, Genesys Cloud is updating the RGB color values used for the global navigation and presence indicators across the application.
These changes provide better contrast and clearer visual distinction, making it easier for users, especially those with visual impairments, to navigate the interface and recognize presence status. The updates align with accessibility best practices while maintaining the overall Genesys Cloud visual experience.
The new color values will be introduced gradually on a page-by-page basis - following the example of the user menu and the top bar - as updates are rolled out across the application.
