    Education is excited to share that the WEM - Speech and Text Analytics - Improving Transcription Accuracy course has been updated.
    Updates include information on the new API-based dictionary management feature for EVTS with AWS Transcribe which was released March 16, 2026 and the ability to use Dictionary Management to add organization-specific words and phrases to the dictionary within the UI for EVTS which was released April 12, 2026.
