    Hello Everyone,

    I have created one Conversation metric rule with some conditions. In Notification, I have added Users for send email, Notification language and also 

    Send notification when exiting alarm?

    #Omni-ChannelDesktop/UserInterface
    #Reporting/Analytics
    #Routing(ACD/IVR)

    @Shenbagamoorthy B  - "Send notification when exiting alarm" option, when checked, will send notifications when alerts goes into non-active state from the active state. I.e. when the alert condition is no longer true, the notification will be sent to indicate that the alert is exiting (the active state).
