Hi Community,

Allow me to ask a question regarding the Default Voicemail Flow.

I am trying to adjust the Default Voicemail Flow.
In the custom variable named "Flow.menuChoicesMessage", the below expression is set.
If(GetMenusSupportSpeechRecognition(), Flow.promptVoicemailDefaultOptionsWithSpeechRec, Flow.promptVoicemailDefaultOptionsWithDtmf)

I would like to play "Flow.promptVoicemailDefaultOptionsWithDtmf",
it says "To send your message, press 1. To review your message, press 2. To delete the message and record it again, press 3. To cancel this message, press 4."

To do so, I need to let GetMenusSupportSpeechRecognition() return FALSE, but I am not sure how to achieve this.
I unchecked and disabled "Enable speech recognition for the entire flow" in Settings area > Speech Recognition,
but this did not fix the issue.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

To be clear on the ask, is the functional outcome here that you would like to disable speech recognition on the menus so that customers have to use DTMF only?

Hi,

I also have same query. I wish to disable Speech recognition on my Default Voicemail flow when "Enable speech recognition for the entire flow" is unchecked on the flow, where i am using transfer to Voicemail block. Currently this functionality is not working. Please let me know if there is any other way to disable speech which i am not aware of.
