Today we can view Inbound Call, Outbound Call and Secure Call Flows Performances
Has anyone been able to get Performance information on an In-Queue Flow?
While callers are In-Queue, we offer the option for a callback.
We would like to see the average time one waits before choosing the callback option and flows out of the Queue.
I expect other advantageous from applying the same Performance views to "In-Queue Call Flows that are presently provided for the other three Flow types.
