Hello all,
I was wondering if this possible at all. We configured an in-queue flow where we do various things such as check if agent are available on the queue, offer callback. Now if a caller is listening to music on hold and agent becomes available, is it possible to play a pre-transfer audio. They could be anywhere in the flow so i can't exactly send them to a Transfer to ACD and have the pre-audio transfer play the message. I'm just curious if it's at all possible.
