    Hello, 

    1. Inside In-Queue Flow, I need to play prompts depending on whether the EstimatedWaitTime is greater/less than a value (3 min for example), Would it be possible to use this function : Call.EstimatedWaitTime > ToDuration(1000 * 60 * 3) and then use the returned value inside a Decision.

    2. How to make sure that the background music while the agent is waiting, will be replayed as soon as its finished? (loop function) ?
