    We use the Talk script's "Open URL" action to call other web systems. I am using the built-in variable "{{Scripter.Agent Email}}" as a URL parameter, but this variable is sometimes empty.

    Are there any other similar cases? Also, please let me know if there is a workaround.

    ※ Although "{{Scripter.Interaction Id}}" is used for other parameters, this will never be empty. ※ The language is Japanese. ※ The browser is using Chrome.
