    Hello friends of the community

    How can I extract the time that the call lasts in each queue where I interact?
    Example:
    I entered a call to queue A, the agent of this queue transferred it to queue B, I need to see in a report the time that this interaction was in each queue, currently it only shows the total time in queue

    Hello Fabian,

    I don't believe we currently have that functionality. I was going to suggest that you submit this feature request to our Product Ideas Lab, but it looks like you've already submitted this as an idea! I went ahead and voted on your idea as well. I did see something similar in the Product Ideas Lab which is set for Future Consideration. It looks like they also recommended another Idea that is currently In Development. Hopefully our Dev team can tackle your request soon.
