  • 1.  in User Management/Users (People), the column width permanently shrinks when searching users

    From inspecting the element, I can see that the column with gets class="header-temp-width" and stays there permanently, until the page is refreshed or when navigating away from the page and back again

    see attachments to simulate issue. 

    desired situation: no column shrinking during search or after, or a way to manually control column width, as they are not moveable

    Greetings Jochem - We've intermittently experienced the same issue in both the legacy & new UI, but it hasn't been consistent enough to cause us major concern. We had hope this & other nuances would potentially be resolved in the new UI. Since it hasn't been, you may want to go the Support (Care) ticket route to see if they can triage accordingly.

    Hi Brian,

    Could not simulate this issue on the old interface for the same customer.

    Access to creating support care tickets has been requested but not yet approved
