  • 1.  Inbound call flow driven by the return value of a script

    Hello,

    I want to create a script to let the agent choose whether activate IVR or not. 

    - When the agent set this variable to False (IVR not active) , Then in Architect I want to get this value into a switch case to go through a path without  using an IVR.

    - When the agent set this variable to True (IVR active), Then in Architect I want to get this value to go through the other part that includes an IVR.


    So, 1 script and 1 inbound Call flow containing a switch/Decision case with two paths.
    those 2 branches are driven by the return value of the variable used in the script.

    Send it in the Flow Data Field when the agent invokes the secure flow.  It will be available in the built-in Flow.InvocationData variable in the flow.
