    Hi all, i have one query regarding this.

    inbound call will be connected to same queue as per outbound campaign queue and need to segregate the calls based on DID in genesys cloud.

    for example , agent A is a part of the same Queue A which is same for inbound calls and campaign. how can we proritise the outbound call over the inbound call?
