You can't access those without being that user. I would suggest you create a dummy user that has a queue-routed Email address and then direct the FAX DID to that user. When it is received, it will email the user to Genesys and route to the queue as an Email with the FAX as an attachment.

Has anyone attempted to use our APIs to automatically "pull" incoming faxes from a user's workspace with the intention of converting them to pdf (as attachments to emails) so they could be routed by GC?
