    Hello,

    Can you help me please to found solution about receiving fax to Customer Email.

    Now, Genesys Cloud give us solution to receive fax  only on PureCloud User workspace but we need to receive fax on an Email.

    Have you idea please ?

    Hi Salim,

    If the fax is under 5MB and your org does not have HIPAA compliance enabled, you should receive faxes via email.
