    How can we deliver the audio from an MMS to an agent?  An agent sees that there was some sort of attachment there, but it appears to be broken.  It appears as though we should be able to access that through an API call per Does Genesys Cloud SMS support MMS? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Also, is there a way to give the agent a button that would allow them to block a number?  They have that option in their current solution, and would like to have the same functionality.  The only way I'm aware we could block a number today is to manually add them to a data table that disconnects the interaction if the number is found.

    Currently, messaging only allows display for 3 image file types (.jpg, .png, and .gif).  You can receive just about any file type, but only view/play these.   here is an idea for you:  Allow Content Profiles for MMS | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
