When attempting to export data from performance views I always get a partial export. This does not affect others in my org. I see a message in the export window which states: "Includes data prior to Mar 21, 2021 5:22 PM" - I cannot see any options which would be causing this to occur.

Highlighted below the area of the export screen. Anybody else had this issue, and any tips to solve?

What is the timeframe of the view?  I am guessing it a timeframe that overlaps some 30 minute intervals and you have interactions outside of that interval being counted in.

    hi Robert,

Good question. so it seems to be any time I include interactions in any timeframe which would include yesterday or today.

This screenshot is from when I select "This Week" - the message for "includes data prior to" is just underneath the filename box at the top of the export window

    And Yesterday:

    And Today:

Each time the interactions are visible on screen but excluded from the export. The export will show this in the partial result timestamp which is always 17:22 the previous day.

Basically I cannot export any interactions after 17:22 the previous day, which just feels strange :)

As a contrast here is what I see when trying an export using "Last Week" as the timeframe filter. You can see the warning message stating "Includes data prior to..." is not present in this view:

    Thanks
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

The export for the Interactions View currently does not include the most recent data due to the nature of the data source. The timestamp you see is the last time this data for the export was updated, meaning anything between then and now is not currently available in the export.

You can find a bit more information here https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/interactions-view/ in the "Extra columns for export" section.

    Thanks Maisey,

This does make the export slightly limited - I can appreciate the limitation being cut off at the most recent hour for example, but limiting exports to 5:22PM the previous day doesn't seem to make sense to me.

Is there any scope to change this?

    Thanks for your reply :)

Agreed Mark.  That cut off for data availability I believe is set in each region, which becomes even more frustrating if you're in a different timezone to the one which your AWS presence is in.  For example ours here in NZ is I think 7:40pm at the moment, with daylight savings.  But at least one of our customer's call centres is open until just after 10pm.

I seem to recall there is an idea to improve this turnaround time but most of the recommendations seems to be to use the APIs separately.   While that's a good idea at an Enterprise level, this data delay does reduce some value of the new export schedule function for your regular contact centre operational people who may have their own tracking through Excel or similar.

I've found the idea, it does say it's in development - have asked for an update on timelines (ANA-I-176)
