EDIT: Solved this immediately after posting. The other phone field had been overwritten/removed by someone for a few users and at the same time the SCIM attribute mappings in Azure had been modified. Used the API to update the phone for a user to test and presence is fine now.
Has anybody else had issues with Teams presence being inconsistent? Have a test group of about 5 users that have been provisioned via SCIM fine but for the last week or two I find that some of them I don't get their presence in the Teams integration in the UI and others I do. Up until a few weeks ago I consistently had presence showing up fine.
