It's not just you. Mind you, when challenged on some of them, Genesys have claimed it was an automated system that did it.... Maybe.
That being said, I am beginning to question the value of the portal at all. It seems to me that ideas with a lot of support and interest languish for months, and in some cases years, with no updates or indication of progress, whilst others with almost no support get fast-tracked! Why bother polling the community for opinions and relative importance if you are then not going to take that into consideration when determining future development priorities?
A case in point is the recent change made to Architect. Idea raised by the PM themselves, had almost no traction from the community, yet got fast-tracked. Compare that to the top-voted idea right now, Post-Call IVR Surveys which has 678 Votes, 77 comments, was raised back in 2017 and the last admin update was in January (before the Architect idea was even created!)
In fact, if you look at the top 10 most voted on ideas, they have 35+ Votes each, with the youngest being 3 years old.
Remember many of these ideas are to merely add functionality that already exists (and is relied upon) in PureConnect, so that customers can migrate from that platform as it goes EOL.
Are we wasting our time?
