    I'm very excited to announce the new Informative Conversation Roster is now available in beta.  The roster has been completely redesigned.  Please see here for detail and reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager if interested to be part of beta.

    Hi Rick,

    Firstly I want to say that I really like the new view and it will make a massive difference in terms of interaction handling. So that we can best manage this change with our customers can you confirm the current estimated GA?

    Beta is progressing well with good feedbacks resulting in additional updates which we plan to push to beta participants soon.  We are extending the beta into January so please reach out to me if you're interested in participating.
