    Hi All,

    Anyone know the use case for ININ-OUTBOUND-NUMBER_COULD_NOT_BE_DIALED remaining callable? 

    I'm going to make an idea to make the number not callable based on teh 404, but I wasn't sure if there was a scenario I wasn't accounting for maybe with multiple carriers where you'd want to call it again. 

    Can anyone think of a reason to keep this callable?
