Genesys Cloud - Main

I have a number of agents who are getting the following error. They are using citrix however i have been assured that they are outside of citrix but are still getting the same error. Is there a fix to enable them to log into Genesys ?.

Or is this not a citrix based error and something different ?,

Are you sending them to https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud?  Do they get the errors when you go to the login page?

I think it's an EUw2 org. It would be odd, but is it possibly a cached error? Have the users cleared browser history, cookies, etc... 
How often does it happen and how long has it been happening for?

Are you sending them to https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud?  Do they get the errors when you go to the login page?

Yes, sorry about that.  Could not read that clearly.  Also you can try incognito and see if you get these errors.

Hello, we recently went live two days ago.  I have 1 users who has this issue on a laptop as well.  I tried clearing cache and browser history as well as opening incognito mode.  I also tried in different browsers but still get the same error as well
