Hello, I have added all permissions to my admin role but I still can add picture only from URL, we do not have possibility to upload from PC. any ideas?

I could see it in the EMEA region as well. In addition to the Responses >All Permissions, add Response Assets All Permissions and try.

I did the same but no luck on seeing the library. Maybe this was first rolled out in the US regions? I'm in the EMEA region.

I was able to update permissions and now see the response asset library as an options. I added Responses >All Permissions and that did the trick.

Hello!
This week's release notes said that Genesys Cloud now provides an image asset library for use with canned responses. Is this already in production because I wasn't able to get it to show under admin -> contact center. I have made sure that I added needed permissions to my admin role, even tried adding a custom role with Responses>Library>All permissions, but with no luck.
I understand that images can be added other ways but I'm interested about the assets library.
Does anyone have any info on this?
