We are implementing surveys and we determined the best place to insert the routine asking the caller to take a survey and collecting the call back number in our Inqueue Call Flows.
In the collect Input settings we have it configured to require between 9 and 11 digits and to verify. However we can enter less than 9 digits and the verification is not playing back the entered numbers.
Any thoughts as to why we can enter less than 9 digits and why the verification is not playing?
