We are using Genesys AWS for our telephony and want to be able to give ring back to the customer, so that if it's an auto-dialer it recognizes the ring back tones and will only play it's message when answered by an agent.
The auto-dialers are emergency messages and we need to answer and select an option to hear the message. Sometimes we are not able to answer the phone right away and the call has to stay in queue.
We did try to upload a wav file of a ring back, but don't think the system recognized it - If anyone has a ringback file that works to trick auto dialers please let me know
