Genesys Cloud - Main

I need to insert a table into a canned response. The table contains mostly text, with a few hyperlinks. I'm not finding much success in doing so, and am hoping someone has an answer. I know I could transform the table into an image and use a substitution, but I'm not sure how that would impact the hyperlinks in the table and would prefer not to go that route if at all possible.

Hi Emily,

You cannot add a table to a canned response, but you can copy from a Word document and paste it when replying to the customer.

However, when you do this, the border settings is not preserved. I am not sure if this is a bug or expected behaviour.
