    Hi
    I am about to test Genesys Cloud insights app for mobile phones. We have intine as MDM and both Android and Apple phone. I got the app to work on Android, but can't get it to work on iOS. I need the URL scheme for the app to exempt in Intune. Or I need the IPA of the app package, that I can't find either

    Does anyone got this to work and have this information?

    This is what I found in the documentation, not sure if it is what you require.

    URL scheme: purecloud-insights://

    App store ID: 6448761253

    Bundle ID: com.genesys.insights

    Where is the documentation, you have found this in?

    I have tried to add it to Intune, but it still doesn't work

    I'm going though my searches and now I am unable to find this information.

    Even had a look on the resource center but nothing - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/faqs-insights-for-ios/

    What does not work?  Are you getting any specific error?

    Sorry for the late response
    I get an error when I have logged in through SSO, then it wants to open another App, even though I press Allow, it tells me "Something went wrong. The program coldn't be opened". I have attached pictures, but they are in danish
    I have tried to add the different URL's to Intune policies, but still same error

    Hi Anders,

    The URL scheme should be genesys-insights://. You'll also need to add the following urls to the exemption list for redirecting back into Insights.

    genesys-insights://auth/oauth/callback 

    http://localhost:8085/oauth/callback
