    Hello,
    Would it be possible to integrate an external SMS management tool in Genesys Cloud.
    when the SMS interaction arrives (like a script on incoming and outgoing calls)
    when selecting an interaction from the interaction history
    Like an IFRAME
    Is it possible ?
