I'd like to add a new channel for exchanging data with customers using our REST APIs. Customer support agents should be able to choose this channel as appropriate in a convenient, integrated manner to service cases or contact customers.
I'd greatly appreciate pointers to any relevant documentation or SDKs to get this effort started!
