    Hi ,

    Could you please help me to get API for the below queries. I have searched in developer.mypurecloud.com but didn't find the exact API.

    Transfer Rate: % of times agent transfers call to the different team (within or outside the Contact center)
    Short call details: calls that last less than a minute by Agent/LOB

    Disconnect Rate :could be part of the short call. can we see if agent or caller disconnected.

    Hi,

    You can use Conversation Aggregate API with selected metrics nTransferred, nConsultTransferred, nBlindTransferred and for disconnect - tAbandon.
