Could you please help me to get API for the below queries. I have searched in developer.mypurecloud.com but didn't find the exact API.
Transfer Rate: % of times agent transfers call to the different team (within or outside the Contact center)
Short call details: calls that last less than a minute by Agent/LOB
Disconnect Rate :could be part of the short call. can we see if agent or caller disconnected.
