Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Dear all, good evening!

We have some customers who would like to integrate their knowledge bases with Genesys Copilot through the Knowledge Fabric integration. However, we noticed that the native Genesys connector does not support the .ASPX format.

We found a connector in the Genesys AppFoundry that enables the use of the .ASPX format. However, through this connector, we are not able to locate the SharePoint folders where the articles in this format are stored.

Has anyone experienced this before? Do you know if this issue could be related to the SharePoint user permissions used to configure the integration?

If anyone has successfully completed this process, would you be willing to share your experience with me?

Hi Victor,

The native SharePoint folder connector only covers Sharepoint folders and files.

As a result, PS have created an app foundry asset that covers .ASPX formats: https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/d0ae470f-4247-48c4-bfca-44efe0fc7b92

Fo your use case, you should use the native Sharepoint connector for the folders/files and then the app foundry connect for .ASPX.
