Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

I am attempting to integrate Genesys Cloud with Freshworks, but I encountered an error message stating, "You do not have access to any Embedded Frameworks." I followed the standard integration steps, but the error persists. Please assist in resolving this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Logged into Genesys Cloud.

2. Navigated to the integration settings.

3. Attempted to set up the integration with Freshworks.

4. Received the error message: "You do not have access to any Embedded Frameworks."

Error Message:
"You do not have access to any Embedded Frameworks."

Hi @Chaiyapol Chevapruk,

Have you granted the 'Integration > Custom Embeddable Framework > Agent' permission to the user who is attempting to access the embedded framework integration?  This permission is required for "Providing access to the Custom PureCloud Embeddable Framework integration product."
