    Hi all, 

    I am currently researching on how does Genesys Cloud is able to stream interaction data to Kafka. Other than writing a scheduled batch download and upload script externally, does anyone else have experience or suggestions when it comes to this requirement?

    I would investigate the new EventBridge integration Genesys is about to come out with to allow constant steaming of large amounts of conversation data to any data warehouse.
