    I am looking to see if anyone out there has done or looked at an integration of Genesys Cloud CX to an iPaaS Platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica, etc.

    Hi Martin,
    We have been great with MuleSoft in the past with no problems it looks like boomi and informatica also have decent rest based APIs, so you should be able to integrate with him as well. We usually use MuleSoft as middleware to access banking and insurance cores.
