    Hello,

    I am trying to use the intent miner from a digital bot flow. It looks like when I use webchat interactions, it works. However, when I try to pull data from web messenger interactions, it does not work. I see the media types available are Chat and Call, so I thought that could be the reason.

    Does anyone know how to use the intent miner for web messenger interactions?

    Yes, unfortunately, only calls and chat.  Here is the idea for adding to messaging:  Topic Miner for Messaging Interactions | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io).  It is under review and definitely going to be added in the near future.

    Possible, but not viable.  You would have to find all the recordings, then export all the transcripts and format into a file that Intent Miner can read and use the file to look for the intents/topics.  Better to push Genesys to finish their work on this with messaging.
