  • 1.  Intent "None" has slots assigned to it

Hi, I'm testing out a Bot Flow. I've added intents, utterances, slots and slot types. I've assigned a slot (AdverseEvents) to an intent (Adverse Event Reporting). The slot has a list of terms like headache, fainting, upset stomach, and more.

When I test this and write something like "my patient got a headache" the results of the test are as follows:

The top result is Intent: None... but I'm expecting the top result to be Adverse Event Reporting (the second result). Why am I getting Intent = None as a consistent top results? This is odd. Are slots assigned to None? I don't see None as an intent anywhere.

    Help please!

    Hello Carlos,

Can you verify that you have saved your changes? If you have and you are still seeing a "Intent = None" result, you should reach out to Customer Care to investigate this issue. If you do, please let me know what the case number is so that I can monitor the issue as well.
