Hi @GenesysCommunity, @Richard.Schott,
I am using PureCloud for Salesforce, and I do not see any interaction history when I click on Interactions and also Interaction logs are also not available.
What can be the issue for this? Do I have to do some additional configuration to get the interaction history(last 5 calls) and logs.
Is there any limit to how many past interactions can be seen through PureCloud for Salesforce CTI?

Interactions create activity records in Salesforce. The interaction is represented in the list until 2 minutes after the last required action is taken on it (either the call is disconnected or a wrap up code is provided for after call work, whichever is later). If you wish to see a list of you previous calls, the "My Calls Today" report within Salesforce is an ideal place to see this, as it will contain all the mapped interaction attributes, agent notes, etc. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/interaction-logs/
