  • 1.  Interaction could not be Parked

    We are just testing out parking emails, however the agent I'm having test this received an alert saying the interaction could not be parked. I can't find any resources for this alert. Can someone assist me in understanding why she got this message and what we need to do for this to work?

    I appreciate all the help I can get :)

    Hello,

    Did the agent already have emails parked?

    One agent can't park more than 10 emails.

    No emails had been parked by the agent as this is the first time we have ever tried this feature.
