    Hi Team,

    When we call one of the DID numbers configured in our platform, the interaction details start showing on the Interactions dashboard immediately, but when we call the other number, it takes 20-30 seconds.

    Could anyone shed any light on this?

    Are both numbers assigned to the same flow and queue?  Do you have different skill treatments for the two numbers?  Are you using Genesys Cloud Voice or your own carrier?  If the later, check if the carrier actually owns that number or if it is forwarded from someplace else.  You can email or IM me the two numbers and I can take a look on the back end for carrier and routing.
