    I am a new user and have been directed to the Purecloud menu > Performance > Interactions view - which gives me what I want (has the DNIS tel number that the inbound customer has dialled to reach our business) - but I now have the issue that the remote telephone number is no longer listed and has been replaced by a generic statement "Mobile number, United Kingdom" instead of giving me the actual tel number!!!



    Any help to how I can get the tel number to display - would be gratefully appreciated.

    The Remote column shows the Calling Party Name (or just the city/state, or other generic info). You need to include the ANI column which shows the Calling Party Number that you want.
