  • 1.  Interaction Details screen when call is delivered

    Our agents need to have two browsers side by side, forcing them to use Genesys Cloud in a shrunken way.  No matter which choice we use for the window placement, it stays squished.  They need these details to be up and front.  Does anyone have any browser tips or tricks?  Clicking the 3 dot to move the window options around doesn't make a difference.  Thanks!

    Expand the interaction screen, so it takes up the entire Genesys UI. Then use the three dots tweak to preference.
