Hey all - 

Recently, my interaction panel (for all my agents) is missing the toggle for scripts. I cannot figure out how it got gone (nice grammar, I know) or how to restore it. Thoughts?

Scripts are attached in my Queues and as of earlier last week, were popping just fine on receipt of a voice interaction.

Hi Matt,

For Voice and Callback interactions, the script loads directly in the center of the screen, which is why it doesn't appear under the "Tools" tab.

For other media types, this option will appear normally, allowing you to select the panel.
